"Had my insurance with Robin before moving out of state pre-pandemic and had great service. Moved back post-pandemic and had nothing but problems with his staff. It took me MONTHS to get an auto insurance policy set back up, and they had all of my information from being a prior customer so it should’ve been straightforward. Now I’m being back-billed by State Farm for all of the errors they made. At one point State Farm was going to cancel my policy because the staff hadn’t turned in a document. Wish I had gone somewhere else from the start, this agency isn’t the same that it used to be."
